Description
For citizens unfamiliar with the operation of the voting machines, there are miniature dummy voting machines at the polling places. Election officials explain the system to voters, who may practice voting with the small board by pulling small levers upon it, just as on the big board of the machine. On November 4, 1930, D. H. Bunker shows Miss Alice Briswalter how the deed is done.
