Photograph caption dated June 19, 1946 reads, "Fifty-one Hollywood celebrities left early this morning via TWA Constellation to take in tonight's Joe Louis-Billy Conn title battle at New York. Before they left they drew an impromptu pool from the hat of Hostess Rita Crooks. Drawing, left to right, front, are Al Jolson and his wife; left to right, rear, Bill Lawrence, George Raft, Fred Finklehoff."
