Description
Photograph of the exterior view of the Indian Pueblo Church at San Juan, New Mexico, ca.1880. The church features a large arch-like pediment where within it bells are hung. The church is about two-stories tall and has a large front door. A cross is perched in the yard in front of the church, beyond which an adobe wall can be seen surrounding the premises with its gate to the far left. A small shack (?) stands outside the wall to the left. People (Pueblo Indians?) are walking about in front.
