Title supplied by cataloger. In 1973, Frank Robinson founded Robinson Helicopter Company, which employs about 1,200 employees. In addition to manufacturing helicopters, Robinson includes a research and development division, has an overhaul program to service older helicopters and offers educational courses for flight instructors and maintenance technicians. A Robinson Helicopter Company employee is ready to paint helicopter machinery, or possibly coat it with some other solution. When painting, he will wear earplugs to protect his inner ear, put his hands through holes equipped with attached rubber gloves, and stand behind a glass shield to protect him from harmful fumes.
