Description
Photograph article dated August 12, 1957 partially reads, "An irate Valley husband who told police he was 'tired of catching his wives with other men' was being held at Van Nuys police station today on suspicion of assault with intent to commit murder. John Fawcett, 42-year-old technical writer of 13737 Oxnard St. told police he came home early yesterday to find his bride of six months with Louis C. Spichtig, 25, a construction worker of 15636 Cobalt Ave., Sylmar. 'I've been married three times before and this always happens,' Fawcett assertedly told police. 'I just got tired of it,' he added."
