Workers stand on plank-and-metal scaffolding around brick walls of Station No. 19 during construction. Large cross timbers and metal frame already partially station house's distinct zig-zag roof design. Construction site , located at 3559 Clark Avenue, in open field, with no landscaping around it. Pallets of building materials piled at rear of site. Wood scraps and debris scattered around base of construction.
