Photograph caption dated October 31, 1964 reads, "Arranging centerpieces for annual fashion show sponsored by the Valley Region of Women's American ORT are Mmes. Arnold Handzel, Studio City, vice president; Andrew Wiener, Encino, event chairman and Albert Frankel, Encino, president. The event will be Nov. 5 at Sportsmen's Lodge, Studio City." Note: ORT stands for Organization for Rehabilitation through Training.
