Description
1973 audio tape concerning the provisions of gift/grant deed of the Ryan Ranch to the University of California Reserve system. Frances and Lewis Ryan with Roger Samuelson of the U.C. President's office and Bob Smith from the office of the Chancellor, UCSD. The University later sold a portion of the land to Ryan's niece, causing Frances Ryan to regret the gift as "the most colossal mistake of my life."
