Written on back: "SAN FRANCISCO HILTON'S SELF-PARK RAMPS: Rounding a corner on one of the unique self-park ramps at the San Francisco Hilton Hotel is general manager James P. Duchscherer. The revolutionary parking system will enable guests to drive directly to their floors and park near their rooms. The $29 million, 18-story luxury hotel, with 1200 guest rooms and 19,000-square-foot ballroom, is scheduled to open in May, 1964.
