Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 17, 1954 reads, "All clear - No haze and 15-mile visibility greeted mid-Valley residents at noon yesterday contrasting sharply with a previous string of murky days. City authorities believe that much of the clearness was because of the shifting of home incinerator burning hours from morning to evening. The photo was taken from the tower of Van Nuys City Hall looking northwestward."; See image #00122858 for additional photo in this series.
