The two-building, four-story apartment development will house 272 residences; it includes a variety of studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans. Mozaic is adjacent to the historic Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles, and is within walking distance of Olvera Street, Chinatown, Little Tokyo and City Hall.
