A Japanese style fan of paper on a bamboo frame and handle; one one side of fan is a red, green and white (discolored) design of two birds and flowers on a red gound. On opposite side is advertising of Weinstock, Lubin & Co., 400 to 416 K Street, Sacramento, Cal. with a graphic of the Weinstock - Lubin store.
