Photograph of an exterior view of the Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles, December 28, 1923. The Spanish-style building can be seen at center. A row of cylindrical columns supports an overhang over the front porch at center. Several tall brick chimneys can be seen sticking out of the terracotta tile roof. The front lawn of he school is neatly trimmed. Several tall trees, including two fat palm trees, can be seen at right, while high bushes are visible at left. The front of an automobile can be seen parked along the side of a road at right.
