Spectators line First Street and Santa Clara Street near the Bank of America building to watch the Baby Parade. Babies are seated in decorated carriages; women are pulling or escorting these small floats. Banners, bunting and flags are on buildings and are strung across the streets. This was the seventh annual Fiesta de las Rosas parade.
