Description
After so much years of service with the United States' fleet and his love of the ships, retired Navy man Lieut. James Herbert Webb decided to build them himself. He is shown with two minature boats which he has just completed in the Veteran' Facilities in Sawtelle after two years of work. Photo dated: November 7, 1940.
