Photograph caption dated June 14, 1961 reads "Mrs. Ervin Prescott and Mrs. Robert L. Holman, both of Panorama City's American Legion Auxiliary, Post 817, raise the flag at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Sepulveda. The banner joins thousands of others in the Valley and millions in the United States on Flag Day."
