One of Old Towne's loveable residents is its Keystone Kop Bruce Bishop, who patrols Old Towne lane and belts out delightful songs of yesterday and today as he works his beat. Old Towne is a turn-of-the-century shopping and entertainment attraction in Torrance, California. Numbering on verso, lower left: B3726. Mitock & Sons logo on verso, upper right in stampbox.
