Photograph caption dated January 15, 1960 reads, "Businessmen Check Guns - Elmer Smith, left, tightens part on .38-caliber Colt revolver as W. C. Dillon, seated right, examines his target pistol. Smith is an engineer at the Dillon company. Both men are shooting fans. Dillion [sic] is president of a Van Nuys instrument company."
