Horse drawn parade float. "WELCOME" banners facing all four directions hung over intersection. "Welcome" banner sign name in lower right corner "W. B. Coats" Crawford & Weeks sign on building . Banner on side of same building "Dodge Sweeney & Co. Cold Storage Plant Petaluma.
