Description: Looking north toward the mountains that Sierra Madre likes to nestle against, we see the "square" as it looks today. It's at the intersection of Sierra Madre Boulevard and Baldwin Avenue. The 8500 folks who live there now hope Sierra Madre will keep its "village" atmosphere for a long time. Photo dated March 19, 1955.
