Description
Photograph of Spring Street looking north from Fourth Street, Los Angeles, ca.1890. Buildings are predominantly brick and two- or three-stories in height. Utility poles line both sides of the street. Eight or more horse-drawn carriages and wagons are parked along the curb or move up and down the dirt street. A banner is hung across the street at the far end.
