View of southwest corner of 3rd & J St.. Built in 1852 by Read & Co. Bankers, later used as State Library, Post Office, Governor's & Secretary of States offices. Owned by L. Tevis and J.B. Hastings. Also seen in the photo is a bath house and hotel.
