Description
Aliens, mostly from Mexico and Central and South America, line up early each day at the Federal Building in Los Angeles to seek permanent visas. Their temporary immigration status can possibly be extended because of uncertainty over a court ruling on illegal alien status. Photo dated: June 5, 1977.
