Description
Photograph caption reads: "Buck Maffei, movieland giant who calls himself "the biggest gun in the West," points out the features of a Gatling gun used during the Civil War for Douglas Howser, 5, whose father owns the antiue gun. Douglas' brother, Dale, 4, right, prefers his own cap gun". The Gatling gun was on display at the Angeles Gun Club shooting festival in Marek Canyon, four miles northwest of Sunland. Photograph dated: March 14,1962.
