B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. C. W. Protzman, Sr., thanking him for his letter dated March 15th with his picture. He informs him that he received a copy of Mr. Hopper's article and says he is pleased that Mr. Hopper has clarified the role of the C.C.S. (Civil Communications Section) seminar for the development of Japanese management. Inoue goes on to say that he believes that Protzman is the one who encouraged Hopper to write such a good article and that he must have suggested the importance of the C.C.S. seminar first, and subsequently introduced Hopper to him. The letter contains Inoue's original signature.
