The recently completed building at 19036 Vanowen St. Reseda, will house 62,000 books initially--more than double the number in the present West Valley branch. The library will serve readers in Northridge, Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Encino and Reseda from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday."
