Theme of Window Art Contest - Participants in Anaheim's Hallowe'en grade school pupil window art contest, judging tonight (Oct. 30) 7 p.m. Will call in results. Sutherland, Anaheim. Neophyte Fledgling artists have been painting Anaheim Downstore windows in the annual contest aponsored by the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce as one of the traditional events of the city's 28th annual Hallowe'en festival. Window Art contest in inaugurated to discourage mischievous Hallowe'en pranks and window soaping. Caree Lou Sutherland, anaheim Bulletin".
