Description
A 1937 land lease agreement for six acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment east of Wilmington Avenue with a yearly rent of $150. Text is stricken relating to sub-leasing. Additional text is added to the end of the document relating to sub-leasing and proof of citizenship as a requirement in executing the lease agreement. The added text is directly related to the Alien Land Act of California. The document is signed by Sujishi and the company.
