Photograph caption dated July 26, 1955 reads, "Sunland-Tujunga residents crowd old-fashioned hay wagon for parade through town to open annual Old Timers Week which continues with Chamber of Commerce banquet tonight. Other events will include Rotary party tomorrow, Kiwanis and Lions meetings breakfast for bearded men Thursday, olio Friday, beard and queen contest and dance Saturday and giant barbecue Sunday."
