Photograph caption dated June 21, 1967 reads "Lana Turner--a cane and a mission--Actress sprained her ankle on Vietnam tour." Lana Turner spent three weeks visiting troops in Vietnam. During her visit, she sprained her left ankle after she tried to jump over a ditch and missed. This press conference was held at the Association of Motion Picture and Television Producers offices.
