Incense Cedar and White Fir second growth 25-30 years old on cut-over land near Sugar Pine along trail to Miami. Group reproduction of cedar is excellent here as is sugar and yellow pine also. The fir does not make up a very large proportion of the second growth. Cedar is slow growing as a seedling and takes 6-11 years to reach 4.5 ft. high. Metcalf. May, 1925
