Description: Photograph caption dated November 18, 1950 reads, "Gary Davis shown with a model of his three-wheeled car after testifying in his own defense in court. He is charged with grand theft totaling $60,000, on the grounds that he assertedly sold three-wheeled cars which were never produced. As part of his testimony, he claimed that Greta Garbo was once his partner in the custom car business."
