Large veteran sugar pine in thicket of western yellow pine near the nursery. Eight feet in diameter and about 175-200 feet tall. The natural reproduction all through this area is excellent, being mainly western yellow pine. The elevation is too low for the best growth of Douglas fir or sugar pine.
