Photograph was edited for publication purposes Dallas Morley was the head hostess at the Happy Bottom Riding Club.; Shirley Kephart had competed as a man in about 60 rodeos before her true identity was found out and she was disbarred by the Rodeo Cowboys of America from further competition. She turned to modeling after her rodeo career was ended.; Pancho's Rodeo, also known as the Happy Bottom Riding Club or the Rancho Oro Verde-Fly Inn Dude Ranch, was located in the Antelope Valley. The ranch, owned by the famous aviatrix and stunt pilot, Pancho Barnes was a favorite hangout for test pilots and Hollywood celebrities. Photograph caption dated August 3, 1950 reads, "R. E. (Mack) Reynolds, Republican candidate for Congress, congratulates rodeo queen Shirley Kephart at Pancho's Rodeo near Lancaster. In center is Dallas Morley."
