Description
The photograph is cut in several places.
Photograph caption dated August 24, 1961 reads, "Golfers have been waiting patiently for five years for convenient modern and completely equipped halfway houses at Sepulveda Golf Course. They were finally opened officially this week, one on the Balboa and the other on the Encino course. Pictured are several municipal golfers enjoying the new luxury.
