Description
"Geschw. Seibt mit schwarzem Pflegekind" ("Brother and sister Seibt with black foster child"). The couple in front of a house. Mrs. Seibt is holding the toddler.
August Seibt (1875-1943) was a teacher and a missionary of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine. He served in Unyamwezi (1904-1916) and Usoke (1930-1937). In 1905 he married Frieda Scholz. They returned to Germany in 1937.
