Photograph of an interior view of the propane compressor plant at the Triton oil refinery, ca.1940. Six rectangular metal machines are visible at center and descend into the background. A disk-shaped metal beam can be seen on top of every other machine, while pipes lead upwards from the machines towards the ceiling at left and right. Large square tiles cover the floor in the foreground, while another machine is visible in the right foreground. Metal beams can be seen across the ceiling.
