This 2016 photograph captures part of the Capitol Towers apartment complex at 1500 Seventh Street, Sacramento, California. Photographs were taken as part of an Environmental Impact Report and mitigation measure for the development of the Sacramento Commons additions to the Capitol Towers complex. The Capitol Towers were originally built in the 1960s as part of the Capitol Mall Redevelopment project.
