Description
Dayton, Nevada, The Odeon Hall and Saloon. The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on July 12, 1964 states: "Nevada's first governor, James W. Nye, stood on the second floor balcony of this building in Dayton, Nev., to deliver the Riot Act to the townspeople following a lynching."
