Description
Copy print of the "China Slough" or "Sutter Lake" as it was called before being filled in to make room for the new Southern Pacific Depot between 5th and 6th Streets at I Street, which ran parallel to the slough. Note John Breuner furniture company's warehouse No. 3 in the background. The state capitol building can be seen in the distance.
