William Barton (seated), head of the United States Chamber of Commerce's Labor Relations Department will speak at the Burbank Chamber of Commerce general membership meeting at noon at the Burbank YMCA on Third St. and Magnolia Blvd. Barton will talk on 'Labor Relations Lessons from the 86th Congress.'
