Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes; Photograph was printed in reverse for publication.
Photograph caption dated March 17, 1964 partially reads, "In Juan Carrasco make-up, above right, Newman is hardly recognizable." The article partially reads, "A cold wind was blowing in hefty gusts through Box Canyon pass in the hills above Chatsworth. Paul Newman and Laurence Harvey stood shivering, hip-deep in a stream, as they waited for director Martin Ritt to begin the scene. The setting was the MGM location for 'The Outrage,' formerly known as 'The Rape,' next known as 'The Outrage,' then re-titled 'Judgment In the Sun,' and finally re-re-titled, 'The Outrage.'"; See images #00117578 through #00117580 for all photos in this series.
