Description
The old water wagon in front of the Blithedale Hotel, circa 1900. Manual Faustine (originally Faustino) on the water cart used to wet the dirt streets of Mill Valley, on West Blithedale Avenue. He was the sole member of the city Street Department when the town was incorporated.
