Description
Coil of steel cable approx 400" long. On one end is a 6" x 3" metal hook held with a large bolt. Covered with several layers of fiber mesh, paint, cloth tape, this extends 9". On the other end of the cable is a locking hook with reinforced metal loop. The cable hooks through the base of the loop & ends with a screw clamp.
