27 selected views of adobe house before and after reconstruction from photograph album containing 174 photographs that chronicles reconstruction of the old Osuna adobe (Juan Maria Osuna) on the Rancho Santa Fe development, owned and restored by A.H. Barlow. Album includes reconstruction snapshots, two architectural sketches showing proposed reconstruction and 5 large photographs taken by Padilla which show exterior and interior views of the restored adobe. Numerous snapshots show family and friends enjoying themselves: people picnicking, children playing, swimming, horseback riding, etc. Two photos show the area's water supply; one view is labeled the "pump house below the dam on Douglas Fairbanks' estate, Rancho Santa Fe."
