Description
Photograph caption dated January 22, 1986 reads, "Signs display current process at Arco, the station most dealers agree is setting gas-war pace." Man in the distance appears to be wiping clean the license plate to his Porsche. The ARCO station was located at Gaffey and O'Farrell Streets in San Pedro.
