'I went to school with him from the fourth to the tenth grade. I could see that he wasn't satisfied in high school...He was always reading books and encyclopedias on travel.'" Pictured is 18-year-old Marlys McFarlane with a photograph of missing 19-year-old Robert F. Mann. Mann, missing since January 27, was an overseas Stanford sophomore at Stuttguart [sic], Germany, and had moved to West Berlin shortly before his disappearance.
