The third of three televised lectures delivered at Sanders Theatre at Harvard University by Clark Kerr, President of the University of California. President Kerr is introduced by Don K. Price, dean of the graduate school of public administration at Harvard. The lecture focuses on the process of change within universities, the direction of that change, and the role of the university in economic growth.
