Description
Survey of a two-story Craftsman house, commonly known as the Dube's house and built between 1910 and 1914 by the F.A. Sargent family. This residence has three levels of identical roof line and faces east with Baseline Road on the north. Mr. Sargent managed the Valley View Water Co. and the Sargent's lived in the home until the mid 1930s. Other notable residents include the Driver family in 1937, and Lyle C. and Marguerite Martin's in the 1960s.
