Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph caption reads: "A thickening sight on the freeway: Cleanup crews using high-powered vacuums remove 2,500 gallons of white liquid latex coating from the San Bernardino Freeway after a tanker truck overturned during the morning rush hour in Baldwin Park. 'It was probably about an inch thick and really gooey, and it was hardening all over the road,' said CHP Officer Richard Tingwall. All four westbound lanes and one eastbound lane were closed for more than six hours, and two people were slightly injured." Photograph dated: July 3, 1988.
